  • $70,000 – $90,000 base salary +10% super + 1.5% increments every 6 months + $500 sign up bonus + up to $5,000 in relocation & bond costs + $5,000 in retention bonuses and $3,700 from Government for Aged Care Nurses employed for 12 months

Working in Alice Springs

There are three residential Aged Care Facilities in Alice Springs providing support to indigenous and non-indigenous residents.

Your role will be to provide safe, quality care to residents whilst supporting relationships enabling residents to have the best quality of life.

You will be supported by the Residential Operations Manager, Regional Manager for First Nations Program, and Clinical Nurse Coordinators for each service. While you provide support, leadership, and supervision to the Enrolled Nurse and Personal Care Assistants.
